Testa's Auto Body Shop has been family run since 1966.  Joesph Testa, our dad, immigrated with his wife and daughter in 1951 from Sicily to New York. In 1960, they visited San Jose, California where the mild climate and sunny days were more like where they were raised. They decided it was the place they wanted to settle. He set up a modest auto body shop near our current location.  He was quite a character who built a business that afforded his growing family of five children a life they had never known. 

Since childhood, our family has worked and learned the skill and craft of auto body repair. In the 1980's, Joesph retired.  Peter and John took over the business. In 1992, Peter and John purchased a commercial facility around the block from the original shop. It allowed space to convert it into the state of the art facility it is today.

We have a proud history of excellent work and customers service. Our technicians are Platinum rated and trained through I-CAR®, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the information, knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs.
